Wholesale Terms

Terms Of Service Valid 1/1/2023

Payment terms: 

Payment Due at Time of Invoicing (Default):
a. By default, all orders are subject to payment at the time of invoicing. Payment for the total invoice amount is due in full before the order is released for shipment. 


Established Customer Terms (Net30):
a. After a business relationship has been established and upon approval by the wholesaler, customers may apply for Net30 payment terms. Net30 terms mean that payment is due within 30 days from the end of the month in which the invoice is issued.
b. To apply for Net30 terms, customers must submit a credit application to the wholesaler for review. The credit application will include information such as the customer's financial references, credit history, and trade references.
c. Approval for Net30 terms is at the discretion of the wholesaler and may be subject to credit checks and ongoing credit monitoring.
d. Once Net30 terms are approved, the customer will receive written confirmation, and subsequent invoices will reflect the Net30 payment terms.


Late Payment Charges:
a. In the event of late payment, the customer may be subject to late payment charges at a rate of 10% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
b. The wholesaler reserves the right to suspend or terminate Net30 terms for customers with a history of late payments or non-payment.


Payment Disputes:
a. If the customer disputes any part of the invoice, they must notify the wholesaler in writing within 10 days of receiving the invoice. During the dispute resolution process, the customer is still expected to pay the undisputed portion of the invoice.

Change in Payment Terms:
a. The wholesaler reserves the right to modify or revoke Net30 payment terms at any time, with or without notice, based on changes in the customer's creditworthiness or business relationship.

Freight terms:  

1. Shipping Fees for Orders Under 300 Units:

a. For orders with a quantity of fewer than 300 units shipped within the contiguous United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 will apply.

b. This flat-rate fee is applicable regardless of the size or weight of the order.

2. Orders Over 300 Units:

a. Orders with a quantity of 300 units or more will require a customized shipping quote. Our Sales team will work with the customer to provide a competitive shipping rate based on the order's specifics.

b. For frequent or bulk orders, customers may be eligible for freight discounts. Please contact our Sales team to discuss potential discounts.

3. Returns and Shipping Charges:

a. In the event of a return, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of the wholesaler.

Lead time: 

1. Standard Turnaround Time for Orders Under 300 Units:

a. For orders with a quantity of fewer than 300 units, the standard turnaround time is 3-7 business days from the date the invoice is paid.

b. The turnaround time begins once full payment for the order is received and processed.

2. Extended Lead Time for Orders Over 300 Units:

a. For orders with a quantity of 300 units or more, an extended lead time is applicable.

b. The extended lead time for such orders is typically 6-8 weeks, starting from the date of finalized order.

c. For orders requiring an extended turnaround time, a mutually agreed-upon timeline will be established at the time of order placement.

3. Expedited Shipping:

a. Customers who require expedited shipping can request this service for an additional fee. The expedited shipping cost and timeline will be provided upon request.

4. Order Confirmation:

a. Upon receipt of an order and payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation specifying the expected turnaround time based on the order size.

5. Delays and Communication:

a. While every effort will be made to meet the stated turnaround times, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays.

b. In the event of a delay, the customer will be promptly notified, and efforts will be made to provide an updated timeline for order fulfillment.

6. Order Tracking:

a. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date

Amazon / 3rd Party: 

1. Policy Statement

a. Render Goods strictly prohibits any wholesale buyer, including businesses and individuals (referred to as "Buyer"), from reselling, listing, or selling our products on any third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and other online marketplaces ("Third-Party Marketplaces").

b. Render Goods reserves the right to sell our products on our own established Etsy, as well as other company-owned accounts on third-party e-commerce platforms and sales channels.

c. The Wholesaler's presence on these Marketplaces does not constitute a violation of this policy, as it falls under the Wholesaler's exclusive sales rights.

d. Render Goods will not be sold on Amazon under any circumstances


2. Exclusive Wholesale Distribution

a. Our wholesale buyers are authorized to resell our products through their own established sales channels, such as brick-and-mortar stores, e-commerce websites owned by the Buyer, or other approved sales channels.

b. Reselling our products on Third-Party Marketplaces is expressly prohibited.


3. Compliance and Enforcement

a. The Wholesaler will actively monitor Third-Party Marketplaces for any unauthorized listings or sales of our products by our wholesale buyers.

b. If the Wholesaler discovers that a Buyer is in violation of this Policy by listing or selling our products on Third-Party Marketplaces, we reserve the right to terminate the wholesale relationship and take legal action to protect our intellectual property rights and brand integrity.


4. Reporting Violations

a. If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please promptly notify the Wholesaler by contacting us at wholesale@rendergoods.com


5. Amendments to the Policy

a. The Wholesaler reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our wholesale buyers.

  1. We Only Sell on Etsy and Faire, We will not sell on Amazon
